Join Us in the Celebration…Rediscover the Library…Win Valuable Prizes
The award-winning Newman Library is a place to study; research; learn; read; work on group projects; keep up with of current events; use technology; get research assistance; take a class/workshop/course; borrow books, laptops, calculators, video cameras, DVDs, and CDs; socialize and hang out; and just plain relax. Some students tell us that they spend so much time at the library during their years at Baruch they consider it their second home. Every year at graduation time, students bring their families to see the library and pose for pictures on the library’s unique helical staircase. People like coming to the library so much, they've gone through the turnstile more than 10 million times since 1994.
