Password/ID Problems
CUNY + "My Account"
Your Barcode is the Library ID appearing on the lower right hand
cornor of your ID. It begins with 21716. Your password is your barcode as
well, unless you have changed it. If you cannot login, please come to the
circulation desk on the second floor of the library to have your ID entered
or have your password reset.
Off Campus Access
If you are unable to access library resources from off campus due to
Library ID authentication failure, please report your problem through
our technical problems form. Please note that when eligible to access
library resources from outside campus, you must use your library ID
number. The permitted library ID numbers list is updated every first
Monday of the month
Printing, Wireless access, and Computer Access in the Library
If you have problems with your User ID and password when printing to
the library's public printers, or to log in to the library workstations
