Two Separate Systems of User Names/IDs and Passwords
Baruch username + password
Used for: Off-campus access to databases, ebooks, journals, and course reserves. Also, used for student printing accounts, wireless access, and computer logins on campus computers, and interlibrary loan requests.
Get help:
Library ID number (also known as your "barcode")
Used for: Renewing the loan period for a book, requesting a book from another catalog, checking your library account (all these activities are done within the library catalog
(look for the "My Account/Renew" link on the top right corner).Get help: The library ID number is found on the right corner of your Baruch ID card.
Unless you've changed it, the password is the same library ID number.
If you still can't login, try calling the library's circulation desk at (646) 312-1660 to make sure your library account is activated. If your account isn't activated, which must be done in person each semester at the circulation desk at Baruch's library, then you won't be able to login at all.
