Finding DVDs, CDs, and Videos

Most videos and CDs must be used in the library and cannot be taken out (you can speak with the staff at the Circulation Desk in the library for more information).

Baruch faculty may use videos and CDs in their classrooms.

Search CUNY+ (online catalog)

  • Videos
    • Search by title or keywords
    • Write down the complete call number for any video you want and bring it to the Circulation Window
  • CDs
    • Search by title, artist, or composer
    • Write down the complete call number for any CD you want and bring it to the Circulation Window

Where to Play Videos and CDs

Students may play DVDs and CDs from the library collection on a portable DVD or CD player borrowed at the reserve / circulation desk on the 2nd floor. Alternatively CDs or DVDs can be played on laptops borrowed from the laptop loan desk on the 3rd floor.

A DVD player and a VCR is available in Room 345. The key is loaned at the circulation desk.
