Conference Board
Economics material includes US/global economic indicators and analysis and forecasts of economic conditions. Full-text research reports on the latest issues in business management and economics. Includes studies of Fortune 500 companies on business trends, corporate governance, etc. Full-text coverage: 1995 to date.

CRSP (Center for Research in Security Prices from the University of Chicago)
The CRSP US Government Bond File is available in two frequencies: daily and monthly. The daily product contains data for about 3,100 marketable US Government securities traded in the secondary market and during the issued trading period from June 14, 1961 to the present. The monthly product contains data for approximately 5,000 bonds, notes, and bills since 1925. Additional CRSP files contain information on stock summaries (indices), treasury bills, maturity portfolios, fama-bliss discount bonds, Risk Free rates, cap based portfolios, S&P 500, and bond, bills, and inflation. Historical descriptive information and market data (distribution information, prices, trading volumes, outstanding shares, total returns) for issues listed on the NYSE (1925-), AMEX (1962-) and Nasdaq (1972-).

Dismal Scientist
Provides economic information and analysis including over 100 economic indicators for more than 15 countries, stock market valuation, profiles by region, articles, industry information, forecasts, demographic information, and thousands of economic statistics.

Econlit
EconLit is a citation index with selected abstracts in economics, economic theory and history, analysis, industry and country studies. Produced by the American Economic Association, EconLit covers 450 major journals as well as articles in collective volumes (essays, proceedings, etc.), books, book reviews, dissertations, and selected working papers. Journal coverage begins with 1969.

Euromonitor GMID
Euromonitor's Global Market Information Database (GMID) has Country Data content with past and current economic indicators. Worldwide coverage with focus on North America, Europe, Asia Latin America, and Africa.

ISI Emerging Markets
News and information sources about the emerging markets of selected countries in Asia, Latin America, North Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe. Includes full-text primary news sources, financial data, statistics, and legal information. Multilingual.

SourceOECD Statistics
Provides access to the full-text of OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) statistical publications and allows users to build their own tables in real time. Includes 25 OECD statistical databases, some with data from 1960 onwards. The library subscribes ONLY to the Statistics portion.

STAT-USA
STAT-USA, an agency in the Economics and Statistics Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, provides economic, business, and international trade information compiled from over 50 agencies of the Federal Government. This current full-text/statistical database contains trade statistics, overseas contacts, market research reports, daily economics releases and procurement information. STAT-USA also includes access to The National Trade Databank, The Economic Bulletin Board, and the Survey of Current Business.

Statistical Abstract of the United States
A statistical reference and guide to over 250 statistical publications and sources from government and private organizations.

UNCTAD Handbook of Statistics
UNCTAD is the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. The Handbook of Statistics provides statistical data relevant to the analysis of world trade, investment and development. Data up to 1998. Only accessible on certain library computers with CD-ROM network. To find a location for one of these computers, please ask a librarian at the Reference Desk.

USA Trade Online
U.S. Export and Import information on over 18,000 commodities worldwide. Numeric database provided by U.S. Census Bureau , STAT-USA and Foreign Trade Division. Updated monthly. Annual data 1998 to date.

WDI Online
WDI Online, World Development Indicator, provides international social and economic data for over 550 development indicators and time series data for over 207 countries and 18 country groups. Includes social, economic, financial, natural resources, and environmental indicators from 1960 to 2001, where data are available.

Bureau of Economic Analysis (U.S. Department of Commerce)
Find national income and product accounts (NIPA's), which feature the estimates of (GDP) and related measures, plus statistics and publications on national, regional, industry, and international accounts.

Bureau of Labor Statistics (U.S. Department of Labor)
Find the latest numbers for CPI, Unemployment Rate, Payroll Employment, Average Hourly Earnings, PPI, ECI, Productivity, U.S. Import Price Index, and many other figures for the nation, states and metropolitan areas.

E-Stats of the U.S. Census Bureau
This is the U.S. Census Bureau's new Internet site devoted exclusively to "Measuring the Electronic Economy." It features recent and upcoming releases, information on methods, classification systems, and background papers. The Census Bureau’s e-commerce measures report the value of goods and services sold online whether over open networks such as the Internet, or over proprietary networks running systems such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Economic Report of the President (The Executive Office of the President of the United States)
Complete report with an Appendix of statistics on National Income and Expenditures; Population, Employment, Wages, and Productivity; Production and Business Activity; Prices; Money Stock, Credit, and Finance; Government Finance; Corporate Profits and Finance; Agriculture; and International Statistics.

Economic Research and Data (The Federal Reserve Board)
Access to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates of financial and economic data including historical. Also access to surveys, reports and the Federal Reserve Bulletin.

Foreign Trade Statistics (U.S. Census Bureau)
Provides data of country trade balances of the U.S. with monthly ranking tables of:
-Top 10 countries with which the U.S has a trade deficit;
-Top 10 countries with which the U.S. has a trade surplus;
-Top 10 countries with which the U.S. trades.
Find total trade balances for all countries the U.S trades with for the past ten years.
The State Export Data link has reports of the top 25 export countries data for each 50 states as well as the top 25 export commodities for each state.

Economic Research Service (U.S. Department of Agriculture)
Find popular agricultural data statistics such as: Food Consumption; Farm Income; Farm Balance Sheet; Agricultural Exchange Rate; Retail Scanner Prices for Meat; and State Fact Sheets.

World Trade Organization
From within their annual publication, International Trade Statistics, you can find the latest available tables and charts of world trade statistics on merchandise and commercial services in both value and market share. Find data on who are the leading importers and exporters, information on trade by sectors and products, statistics on seven geographical regions, and who are the main trading partners.

International Monetary Fund
Publishes the World Economic Outlook (WEO) reports about twice a year. Look especially at the end of each report, where there is a Statistical Appendix that contains a wealth of global data such as output, real GDP, inflation, flow of funds and balance of payments.

The World Bank Group
Find access to their World Development Indicators reports or just search for data by either country or topic. Quick Reference Tables link to GNI, GDP, and population data.

United Nations (Statistics Division, Department of Economic and Social Affairs)
